Justin & I like to put up our feet and relax after a long day's work to watch endless hours of Dexter, True Blood, Breaking Bad...with the list going on and on.
So when we decided to build a coffee table for the living room, and not an ottoman, we knew we'd have to find a solution for kicking off our sneakers and relaxing.
Our solution? Pillows for our feet.
We checked out a few home goods stores and found these chair cushions at World Market that matched our color scheme and felt pretty darn comfortable under our feet. We brought them home, I chopped off the chair ties and plopped them on our coffee table. And they work great!
And when we have company over or decide that we don't need to prop our feet up, these wonderful couch cushions can transform into pillows in the blink of an eye. Beautiful.
We're pretty happy with our half-assed solution to liking the looks of coffee tables but wanting the comfort of an ottoman. And all for $34. Sweet deal.
