I'm throwing a bits + pieces post up here for Tuesday because so many little things are going on. The shop is on vacation, but it's still a little crazy over here with work. Tying up loose ends, making sure orders are getting to where they need to be. A little "aftershock" from the season is always typical. But in a few days everything will be sorted, and I will be able to take a sigh of relief. The season is taking shape over here. Here are a few shots of what's being going on.  1. I love plaid. I'm wearing this around the house ALL the time.  2. Aubrey, Oscar and I went Junction Flea Market this past weekend. It was neat, and had a pretty hip vibe. (Someone may have used the term "Hipster" while walking around.) 3. We have our tree and it is perfect. (More on why, and photos of it later) and last but not least .... 4. We bought our first "real" piece of art by Canadian artist Anna Clarey. Aubrey and I really love her work - many of her pieces remind us of our cottage. Although we initially loved a bigger piece, I fell for a smaller winter painting that was more on budget and fit our little house more. I'm also in love with this piece that I saw when she posted it to her Facebook page. I'll post more on where we hang it, but I was so excited to share. :)

Off to do some more work stuff and then, onto some more baking. (I'm doing my first cookie exchange with girlfriends tomorrow)
