Ilse Crawford + IKEA

I'm finally back after the longest blog break in history, and I have loads of things to show you! First of all, I just returned from an inspiring trip to <a href="http://www.stockholmfurniturelightfair.se/" target="_blank">Stockholm Furniture & Light Fair</a> / <a href="http://www.stockholmdesignweek.com/" target="_blank">Design Week</a> where I saw some great new design. Prior to that, I also spent two whole days exploring the latest trends at <a href="http://www.maison-objet.com/fr" target="_blank">Maison & Objet</a> here in Paris. As a result I now have hundreds and hundreds of photos to sort...<br /><br />But before telling you more about all that, I wanted to show you a few pictures from an event that took place in Stockholm this week (just after I'd left unfortunately): international designer <a href="http://www.studioilse.com/" target="_blank">Ilse Crawford</a>, who was also Guest of Honor at the Furniture fair, presented a sneak peek of her new collection for <a href="http://www.ikea.com/" target="_blank">IKEA</a>!<br /><br /><i>Je suis enfin de retour après la plus longue blog pause de l'histoire, et j'ai plein de choses à vous montrer! D'abord, je viens de rentrer d'une visite inspirante à <a href="http://www.stockholmfurniturelightfair.se/" target="_blank">Stockholm Furniture & Light Fair</a> / <a href="http://www.stockholmdesignweek.com/" target="_blank">Design Week</a> où j'ai pu voir quelques belles nouveautés côté design. Auparavant, j'avais aussi passé deux jours entiers à explorer les dernières tendances à <a href="http://www.maison-objet.com/fr" target="_blank">Maison & Objet</a> ici à Paris. Par conséquent, j'ai maintenant des centaines et centaines de photos à trier...</i><br /><i><br /></i><i>Mais avant de vous raconter tout ca, je voulais vous montrer quelques photos d'un événement qui a eu lieu à Stockholm cette semaine (juste après que je suis repartie malheureusement): <a href="http://www.studioilse.com/" target="_blank">Ilse Crawford</a>, designer international qui était aussi Invitée d'Honneur au salon du meuble, a présenté un aperçu de sa nouvelle collection pour <a href="http://www.ikea.com/" target="_blank">IKEA</a>!</i><br /><br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhiMphKSBwJYcCkXFpkbRwO1TNaxBHp3t3x6F1M17Hb_F0_STbx-kDlHECd1DMxuPMvH4g3jbYlgReoLkIX4xj2DBbSmR97vb2aCMEf1KDfIz57S5L3bG4WdlRKowO5ff8RLml_0pAarpA/s1600/Ilse-Crawford-Sinnerlig-collection-for-Ikea-Stockholm-2015_dezeen_784_0+(1).jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="457" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhiMphKSBwJYcCkXFpkbRwO1TNaxBHp3t3x6F1M17Hb_F0_STbx-kDlHECd1DMxuPMvH4g3jbYlgReoLkIX4xj2DBbSmR97vb2aCMEf1KDfIz57S5L3bG4WdlRKowO5ff8RLml_0pAarpA/s1600/Ilse-Crawford-Sinnerlig-collection-for-Ikea-Stockholm-2015_dezeen_784_0+(1).jpg" width="640" /></a></div><br />Presented at <a href="http://www.etthem.se/" target="_blank">Ett Hem</a>, a superb hotel in central Stockholm also decorated by <a href="http://www.studioilse.com/" target="_blank">Studioilse</a>, the collection consists of 37 pieces of furniture and smaller items. Focus is on natural materials like cork, glass and rustic ceramics, including tables, stools, a daybed, lamps, bottles, pots, baskets...<br />The collection will be launched in the Swedish IKEA stores in August, and now I'm just hoping that it will also reach stores worldwide?!<br /><br /><i>Présentée à <a href="http://www.etthem.se/" target="_blank">Ett Hem</a>, un superbe hôtel dans le centre de Stockholm dont la décoration est également signée <a href="http://www.studioilse.com/" target="_blank">Studioilse</a>, la collection contient 37 pièces de mobilier et d'accessoires.
