Isn't this dollhouse office too cute? All those details... I would gladly take the same in full size :)<br />The "office" was created by Finnish stylist <a href="http://jennijuurinen.com/" target="_blank">Jenni Jurinen</a> for the <a href="http://lokalhelsinki.com/wordpress/exhibition/winter-break" target="_blank">Never Never Land exhibition</a> in Helsinki. This exhibition is dedicated to design for kids and features imaginative and playful works by various Finnish artists and designers. Until Feb 28th at gallery <a href="http://lokalhelsinki.com/" target="_blank">Lokal</a>.<br /><br /><i>Il n'est pas trop mignon ce bureau de maison de poupées? Tous ces détails... Maison&Objet #2 Influences from the 70's

Are you ready for terracotta, cork and rustic ceramics again? Influences from the 70's were clearly visible at the latest <a href="http://www.maison-objet.com/fr/paris" target="_blank">Maison&Objet</a>. The different collections of of tableware, pots and vases, lamps and furniture showed that these materials from the past actually adapt very well to 2015's more clean design.<br /><br /><i>Vous êtes prêts pour le retour de la terre cuite, le liège et les céramiques rustiques? L'influence des années 70 était bien visible au dernier <a href="http://www.maison-objet.com/fr/paris" target="_blank">Maison&Objet</a>. Maison&Objet 2015 #1 The Green Trend

The green trend is bigger than ever right now, which was also very visible at the latest edition of Maison&Objet end of January. Not only were there green plants everywhere (I have never seen so many cactuses in one place...!), but many brands also presented hanging planters, pedestals and indoor jardineres among their news... Often with clear influences from the 70's.<br /><br /><i>La tendance verte est plus forte que jamais en ce moment, ce qui était aussi clairement visible au dernier Maison&Objet fin janvier. Ilse Crawford + IKEA

I'm finally back after the longest blog break in history, and I have loads of things to show you! First of all, I just returned from an inspiring trip to <a href="http://www.stockholmfurniturelightfair.se/" target="_blank">Stockholm Furniture & Light Fair</a> / <a href="http://www.stockholmdesignweek.com/" target="_blank">Design Week</a> where I saw some great new design. Prior to that, I also spent two whole days exploring the latest trends at <a href="http://www.maison-objet.com/fr" target="_blank">Maison & Objet</a> here in Paris. As a result I now have hundreds and hundreds of photos to sort...<br /><br />But before telling you more about all that, I wanted to show you a few pictures from an event that took place in Stockholm this week (just after I'd left unfortunately): international designer <a href="http://www.studioilse.com/" target="_blank">Ilse Crawford</a>, who was also Guest of Honor at the Furniture fair, presented a sneak peek of her new collection for <a href="http://www.ikea.com/" target="_blank">IKEA</a>!<br /><br /><i>Je suis enfin de retour après la plus longue blog pause de l'histoire, et j'ai plein de choses à vous montrer!
